Residential Building Permit must include:
- One (1) set of 11 x 17 constructions plans, including Site Plan & Foundation Plan
- Legal description of property
- Copy of general liability & workers' compensation insurance

Commercial Building Permit must include:
- Two (2) sets of 11 x 17 constructions plans
- One (1) set of full size construction plans, including Site Plan
- Digital copy of plans on CD
- Special inspections
- Legal description of property

Additional Information Required (when applicable):
- Post-tension slab specifications.
- Tulsa County Health Department soils percolation test results if on septic system.
- List of subcontractors.

| Permits will normally be issued within three (3) business days for residential development and ten (10) days for commercial development. Inquiries can be made by contacting the receptionist at (918) 299-5883. |
