Residential Building Permit must include:
- One (1) set of 11 x 17 constructions plans, including Site Plan & Foundation Plan
- Legal description of property
- Copy of general liability & workers' compensation insurance

Commercial Building Permit must include:
- Two (2) sets of 11 x 17 constructions plans
- One (1) set of full size construction plans, including Site Plan
- Digital copy of plans on CD
- Special inspections
- Legal description of property

Additional Information Required (when applicable):
- Post-tension slab specifications.
- Tulsa County Health Department soils percolation test results if on septic system.
- List of subcontractors.
