Position Title:

Construction/Utilities Supervisor

Job Description:

Working supervisor in the areas of water distribution, sewer system, lift stations, drainage, street maintenance, and park maintenance.

Qualifications:

Experience leading crews and scheduling work.  State of Oklahoma DEQ operator licensing in water distribution and waste water collection is required.  Graduation from high school or its equivalent; insurable driving record with OK Class A driver's license.

Job Description:

Perform work in maintenance and repair of water distribution, streets, and storm drainage systems.   Work involves weekends, holidays, overtime and call-out when needed. 

Qualifications:

Must be able to work outside in adverse weather conditions.  Graduation from high school or its equivalent; insurable driving record with OK Class A driver's license.

Civil Engineering Student Intern

Public Works

Under general supervision, performs entry level work related to civil engineering in the planning, design, construction, inspection and/or coordination of Public Works projects and other related assigned duties.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.  Good to excellent computer relevant software skills related to area of study.  Must either be actively pursuing and enrolled on a consistent basis at the junior or senior level for a bachelor's degree or similarly pursuing master's degree in civil engineering.  A valid driver's license is required.

$12.86 per hour

Dispatcher, Part-Time

Police Department

Responsible for operating multi-line phone system; answering all incoming phone lines & radio transmissions for the police & fire departments; and dispatching emergency personnel, with a high level of proficiency and capability.  Must be able to read, understand & interpret ordinances, laws & other operating procedures; communicate effectively both orally & in writing during emergency & non-emergency situations; maintain strict confidentiality; and handle prisoners.

$11.70 - $12.86 per hour, depending upon experience
