Herb and Plant Festival

The Jenks Garden Club’s annual celebration on Main Street will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 15.

Shoppers will find more than 100 vendors offering a variety of plants, garden supplies and home goods.

Aquarium Run

The Aquarium Run is one of the area’s premier race events with more than 2,000 runners and spectators expected this year. The event offers a half-marathon and 10K, perfect as training runs in advance of the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon, as well as a 5K and a family-friendly 1 mile fun run/walk.

Lane Closure on 121st Street

Beginning at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, January 24th, a City contractor will be working on 121st St. from Elm St. to Florence Ave. sealing cracks in the roadway. This work is scheduled to continue through Thursday, January 26th. There will be moving, temporary lane closures where the crew is working. There will be one lane open at all times. Pleaes be aware of flaggers present for traffic control where the crew is working. Expect minor backups or delays at the point of work.
