UPDATE: Street Closure On Fir Street At Main Street


UPDATE: On Saturday, November 12th till Tuesday, November 15th there will be utility work that will require that Fir St. from Main St. to C St. be closed from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM.

Access to the residences and apartments along Fir St. will be available for local traffic and emergency responders only. Access to Melody Lane Addition from Main St. will be available at Ivy St.

Beginning on Monday, November 7, construction activity will require lane closures and detours which will also cause traffic delays on Elm St. from 101st St. to just south of the Creek Turnpike. This project is expected to continue through Saturday, November 12.

On Wednesday, Oct. 26th, there will be a partial lane closure on S. Elm St. from 101st St. to the south side of the Creek Turnpike interchange due to construction activity related to the turnpike interchange. The affected lane will be the westernmost (outside) southbound lane of Elm St.

Save the Date: Lights On! set for November 17


Kick off the holiday shopping season in downtown Jenks on Nov. 17 as the community gathers to turn on the lights over Main Street.

The festival will run from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. on Main Street between First and Third. 

News on 6 Chief Meteorologist Travis Meyer will be on hand for a live countdown to the ceremonial lighting of Main Street. 

Native Fall Festival

Join the Tulsa Indian Club and the Engage Life Institute for the Native Fall Festival Oct. 22 at RiverWalk Crossing!

The festival will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 300 RiverWalk Terrace in Jenks.

It will feature arts and crafts, live entertainment, raffles every 30 minutes and Indian tacos.
