Main Street Road Project Closure

Main Street Road Project Closure: The eastbound lane of Main Street from US 75 to Franklin Street will be closed starting Thursday morning,  April 12th, weather permitting. Traffic from northbound and southbound off-ramps at US 75 will be detoured to Union Avenue then north to 91st Street. Please use Franklin Street or Adams Street from 91st Street to access businesses and residences along Main Street from US 75 to Adams Avenue. The detour will be active for seven business days. Expect minor traffic delays to occur.

City Hall Closed Good Friday

City  Hall will be closed Friday, March 30, 2018 in observance of Good Friday.  Emergency services remain available.

Herb and Plant Festival April 28th

The Jenks Garden Club’s annual celebration on Main Street will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 28th.

Shoppers will find more than 100 vendors offering a variety of plants, garden supplies and home goods.

The Summer in the Park series is brand new in 2018! This summer, the Chamber will host outdoor movie nights on the 3rd Thursday of the month at the Downtown Commons park (2nd & A St).

For one day only, Jenks residents can host a garage sale without a permit within the city limits!

Phillip 66 Open House at the Hive

Phillips 66 will host a public forum on Monday, March 5, 2018, from 5:00-7:00 pm at The Hive, located at 115 S. 1st Street in downtown Jenks. Phillips 66 will have several subject experts in attendance to answer questions about the butane tank, as well as materials about the company.

Water Break in Country Lakes and Southern Lakes

Due to a water break in the area of 122nd Street and 18th Street, water service has been interrupted in the Country Lake and Southern Lakes neighborhoods. Crews are working on the repair of this water main. We expect to have the repairs finished as quickly as possible. Water service is expected to be interrupted for 6 to 8 hours.
