Animal Control and Pet Adoption
Animal Control is part of the Jenks Police Department. Animal Control responds to calls involving stray dogs and cats, select wildlife and animals running at large. Animal Control is dedicated to protecting the citizens of the City of Jenks and reducing the incidence of animal-inflicted injuries by promoting responsible pet ownership and the enforcement of animal control laws.

Building Inspections
The purpose of Protective Inspections is to establish minimum requirements to safeguard the public safety, health and general welfare through affordability, structural strength, means of egress facilities, stability, sanitation, light and ventilation, energy conservation, and safety to life and property from fire and other hazards attributed to the built environment; as well as to provide safety to firefighters and emergency responders during emergency operations.

Municipal Court
The City of Jenks Municipal Court is the Judicial Branch of city government and is created by state law and city ordinance as a Court Not of Record. The Municipal Court serves the citizens of Jenks through the efficient processing of misdemeanor violations.

Planning & Zoning
The City of Jenks Planning Department provides information and technical assistance to the public and local officials and administers the City’s land use ordinances and supports a variety of citizen involvement and planning related programs.
